Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone!
Each penguin was made with chocolate cake & chocolate frosting, rolled into balls & dipped in black candy melts. I used toothpicks to dip them; once the chocolate hardened, I removed the toothpicks & then covered the hole by dipping the tops into white candy melts for the penguin’s belly. I then piped eyes using black candy melts & a heart-shaped beak using orange candy melts.
Hopefully the wonderful family I made these for will enjoy these Christmas “pops” over the holiday season this year 🙂
