Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone!
Each holly was made with chocolate cake & chocolate frosting, rolled into balls & dipped in brown candy melts. I used toothpicks to dip them; once the chocolate hardened, I removed the toothpicks & then covered the hole by letting white candy melts drip down the sides while immediately sprinkling silver sanding sugar to create a snow-covered effect. I then piped the holly leaves with green candy melts & added 3 holly berries on top with red candy melts.
Hopefully the wonderful family I made these for will enjoy these Christmas “pops” over the holiday season this year 🙂
