Each cob was made with yellow cake and vanilla frosting molded into a longer football shape, dipped in yellow candy melts & immediately sprinkled with yellow and white nonpareils. The husks were added later using green fondant, needing a small amount of water to attach.
I think these corn cobs turned out mega cute. Hopefully the receiver likes the taste of nonpareils and fondant, though, because the pop is literally covered with them, haha. The fondant did make the pop a little more heavy (and fragile) than normal, so keep that in mind if you decide to replicate them.
