Beach Ball Cakepops

These were made alongside the Octopus Cakepops, Fishing Bobber Cakepops, and Crab Cakepops for our family vacation this summer. Everyone loved how they looked; and how they tasted!

Each Beach Ball was made with yellow cake and vanilla frosting rolled into a ball then dipped in white candy melts. More white candy melts were piped into the each “diamond” shape (i use the term diamond loosely) and dipped into the various sprinkle colors. A circle sprinkle was then added to the top.

Even though these were simple, I think they still turned out pretty cute! I was worried that all of the sprinkles would be too much to eat, but luckily these sprinkles were basically just colored sugar and went down easy!
